Last night I watched a craftsman at work. Personal branding is a key way to grow any business and if anyone has managed to master the art of reinvention, Russell Brand is someone to seriously take notes on. ✏

Having the ability to consistently adapt and evolve to the ever changing environment has been the catalyst to staying relevant and grow his devoted audiences - Leading him to gain an almost cult like status amongst his followers. 📣

Having a well documented relationship with drug addiction, resulting in mental health battles and a mixed career with several ups and downs, Russell has now managed get himself back onto the road to recovery. ⚖

Switching from stand up comedian to presenter, to movie star and now spiritual guru, this incredible transformational journey navigating the pitfalls of success has all taken place in front of the media spotlight. 📸

In a world of unrealistic and useless influencers, Russell's humility and empathy allows him to genuinely connect and relate with everyday people as a real, un-polished and somewhat flawed human.
